If you see something, say something to a Security Team Lead.

If the situation is life threatening, first notify the security team then immediately call 911.

If confrontation is needed, practice de-escalation first. Please watch this video to learn more.

If you need to confront someone, remember to:

• Have a ministry mindset
• Listen or ask questions
• Be empathetic
• Stall until help can arrive
• Do not get close
• Do not crowd with only two people max
