Here is what you need to do.
1) Watch the Orientation Class Recap video from Pastor Nathan Payne below.
2) Review the Orientation Class Handout to remember the commitments you have been asked to write out.
3) Write out your commitment goals (community, personal life and rhythms).
4) Be sure you're an active participant in the Park Near North church community (and if not, make the steps necessary to become more involved).
5) Once you're set, sign up for the next Dedication Service and submit all necessary items by the deadline given.

A few things to know:

• All families will need to register at the link above. We won't require guests to sign up, but we ask that you let us know how many you plan to bring with you. 
• We will ask for the names and emails of your prayer partners so we can share details with them about the service and what to expect.
• At the time of registration,  you will be asked to share with us your family's goals, a special verse for your child, and ask that you send us a picture of your child for the slideshow.  There is a deadline for this information, which is about one week ahead of the service, which allows us time to create the slides, get it reviewed by you, and send it to our production team.
• If you’re not ready or available for our next Parent & Child Dedication Service, that's okay! We usually have a Dedication Service in the Fall and Spring each year, so feel free to reach out about future dates.
